Attorney Jeffrey P. Ray

Jeff has been serving the community for over forty years. He earned his BA from Alma College and continued his education in the summer law program at Oxford University before graduating from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Jeff was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1980 and has also been admitted to practice in the US District Court (Eastern and Western Districts), and the 6th circuit US Court of Appeals. Jeff is an advocate for his clients and seeks ways to resolve disputes using mediation wherever possible. In addition, Jeff is an AAA empaneled arbitrator for Commercial, Consumer, Employment, Construction and International. In his spare time, Jeff volunteers his time to mentoring the next generation as a Moot Court Judge and Mock Trial Judge and playing pickleball.
Jenna J. Ribbons, LL.M, J.D., M.Ed.

Jenna is an experienced mediator and business partner to Jeff in their shared dispute resolution practice, Signature Solutions Group. Jenna uses her legal background and deeply rooted analytical skills to help advocate for clients within the law practice. She uses her advanced legal degree in Dispute Resolution to consult with Jeff on client matters. Jenna also conducts client intakes, takes care of administrative matters, and is Jeffs co-captain in drafting everything from estate plans to helping Jeff prepare documents for court. Jenna can be found outside the office empowering and advocating for women. She is active with the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan and enjoys working with the Women’s Center of Greater Lansing. In her spare time, Jenna enjoys spending time at her children’s sports events and relaxing with her dog on the lake.
JuliAnne Miller, CAPM

JuliAnne joined the firm in 2023 as a paralegal to oversee case management. She holds a BS in Legal and Policy Studies from Purdue University and earned her paralegal certificate in 2014 from Kellogg Community College. In Addition, JuliAnne will graduate from Middle Georgia State University in 2024 with a BS in Aviation Science and Management to complement earlier degrees she earned in Aviation Airframe Maintenance. Aviation Powerplant and Propulsion. Since 2006, JuliAnne’s focus has been on regulatory and compliance in the aviation sector. She holds a current FAA Airframe & Powerplant license and will earn her FAA Dispatcher license upon graduation in December of 2024. She is actively involved in numerous organizations including Women in Aviation, International Aviation Women’s Association, Association for Women in Aviation Maintenance, the International Society of Air Safety Investigators, the National Association for Legal Support Professionals, and the American Legion Auxiliary. In her spare time, JuliAnne enjoys flying gliders and spending time on the lake with her daughter.
